Eat rubbish or nothing at all?

I have been wondering about this for some time.

Do you believe your better off to eat crap food (eg, pies or sausage rolls or something along those lines) rather than eat nothing at all?

I know this is due to being unprepared and pure lazyness but sometimes I find I am meant to be having a meal and have nothing prepared, therefore head down the shop and often theyre out of filled rolls or something reasonably healthy and only really have the option of a pie or hot chips or some other crap - Is it better to skip the meal or pig out on a dirty greasy meat pie?

it depends or your current situation, are u lean and have a fast metabolism, i do so i would eat it rather than eat nothing.

if you fat and find it hard to get the fat off then i would eat nothing, its not hard to scoop abit of protein powder into a shaker carry that with u and then add 300ml water. if you cant organise that then there is something wrong.

just cram it down, chips, pies slices i just murder what ever i can as long as i get the cals in thats the most important thing, obviously depends on your goal but if your bulking just open your mouth and if you have something that resembles food in your hand...stuff it into your mouth hole!!

Sounds like an awesome plan, unlucky for me the distance between my stomach and my love handles are shorter than the distance between my stomach and anything else......I envy guys that can bulk like that.
