Current diet .. any thoughts ??

Can't believe I'm going to say this but that's way to much grub for your weight.

Cut out the following and try again.

10:30am - 2 low fat yoghurts, handfull of armonds, 1 banana.

1:30pm - 2 low fat yoghurts, handfull of armonds, 1 banana.

Do you always go to the gym at 16:30??? if so try have a food meal (not shake with milk) one hour prior then have a shake with water straight after training and have this meal

7:30pm - 200g - 300g rump steak, 1 cup mixed veges, 6egg whites/2 yolks.

an hour after training.

Also get rid of this meal:

6:30pm - 2 pieces of white bread toast with jam, 1 protein shake (myofusion) with milk.

Just my thoughts but even if you where bulking alot of the extras like yogurt and all those shakes with milk are not necessary.
