Lol. I think a lot of woman in this post need to. And need to stop criticizing what others post in such an extreme way. There was no harm intended in what I posted.

Who gives a damn what I implied. For any1 to question me must be feeling pretty insecure about themselves and care to much what people think of them. You assumed that I was implying. My wording was wrong. Don't know if you did read my second post.. I did justify that I wasn't meant to imply as you say, that all girls that wear shorts are skanks. I wear them. I'm just trying to say that you can sometimes tell if someone is wearing something for a particular reason due to the body language they give off. Everyone judges people. Im sure you do but just to afraid to admit it. As long as you stick to your own business and never call a woman a slut or talk behind her back because thats just lower class then by all means criticise but keep it to yourself. reason

But you implied above that girls who wear short shorts are skanks. It's not for us/you to say that. I wear shorty shorts from time to time but mainly because it's damn hot and I want to be comfortable during a workout.

And who cares if a chick is on the prowl anyway? (Not saying that I am' date=' I'm in a serious relationship).[/quote']

Haha funny. It is nice to see how confident people are in themselves ae. Gives me inspiration.

I strongly agree with the shorts one. Your at the gym to work out. Not to work on your strut or wateva you think you have. If girls walk around in shorts that u cn almost c their bum, your just advertising yourself as a sexual object to men so you will be treated like a sex object. Some ladies real need to tone it town. Have some class and pride in yourself. A man will never respect a woman that let's it all hang out and sleeps around. Quite plainly he will just f**k u but never really think of even being with you for the rest of your life as he knows you will sleep around. Sorry not so relevant to the topic but related to slutty skanks. And not saying all girls that wear tiny shorts are skanks but common who are we kidding.
DOUCHES

1- definitely the 2 inch squatters with excessive weight

2- the newbies who do 3 reps of bicep curls w 8kg then start flexing at the mirror as if by some miracle had just made them super massive

3- the pervert that stands in the weight area stretching for an half an hour then decides its floor mat time when a bunch of chicks are lying on the floor

4- the idiots that incline or flat dumbell with fuckall weight then hurl the bloody things like a shot put.

5- the excessive dumbell hog who has a collection of dumbells in front of him and his mates whilst they stand there talking shit and perving for fucking ages

Stronlgy agree with the shorts one. Like honestly a gym is to work out your body' date=' not to work on your strut.

DOUCHETTES

1- the flat ironed hair and heavy mascara

2- the shorts that could be classed as knickers when its fucking cold

3- the lone ranger who decides to do body squats in the middle of the weight room when its busy

4- the fat girl who tries to tell you " you know if you had a strong mid section you wouldnt need a belt"

5- the fluro g string which flashes either over the waste band or can be seen right through the 3 times too small black tights, (although this one I dont mind as much) :)[/quote']

something to look at in the gym i.e attractive girls in short shorts. is good! im all for it and i like to think i offer the females something good to look at when i am in the gym... HELLOOOOOOOOO..

I think the difference is knowledge. I know that I have in the past done stupid things in the gym (still do), but I have learned from my mistakes and paid attention to my friends and trainers and taken their advice.

Some people are simply hands down idiots. You can see them all the time in the gym. They are the ones that their physiques don't change no matter how much grunting and running around they do.

those idiots are the ones that keep your gym running and pay the lease and power bills if you are the one complaining and explaining these idiots in such detail then maybe you are the idiot and should worry about your own training. alot of peple go to the gym for an hour of peace and queit for there own little space. for example my mum, she goes to the gym a few times a week does exercies like box step ups and cabel bicep curls, sorta shit that i wouldnt do but i dont think shes an idiot or tell her those exercises are shit cause she doesnt wanna do some 8 week bench, deadlift, squat bullshit, doesnt wanna be a bodyuilder or powerlifter and goes to he gym for her own reasons. we all pay the same membership and if you stop and think about it you are most likley the minority in your gym.

just another side to it huh.

Tell me about it. Pitty what I said offended some and was taken into a major bagging bay. When really my intentions were good. The problem was it wasn't said in the best way. But yeah! Why go in rage towards members here? Stick to your own business. Everyone haas different opinions and there's no need to go anal on what another member says. Just stick to what you believe in and let others be. :)

Someone here said I'm insecure.. I am and at least I can admit I am. I'm here to change that with help from everyone. I am however not here to defend myself and my opinions on certain things. In my opinion you shouldn't be telling someone here directly though a post what they are or what you think they are.. It's just tacky to do that to someone who is trying hard when you don't even know them. I wouldn't tell someone through a post what they are or aren't because I don't have the right to when I don't know them. :D
