I guess you know what works for your body but personally I would say it's too much.

Try getting rid of the full cream milk with your oats (make them with water), milk is not necessary at all. Also that 6pm carb meal should go and be replaced with veggies.

yeah was thinking of dropping the milk back and those carbs at 6pm, im just concerned i wont have enough energy to do stuff at work while im on my feet still

i should really go thru and count my calories. anyone have a spreadsheet set up?

i weigh 82kg and just under 6ft tall and been training for nearly 11 months

i train mon-fri

Even cutting those back it looks like you'd still have plenty for energy. Everybody is different though, and the only way to find out if it's working is to try it and monitor your body weight. If it doesn't change or isn't dropping as quickly as you'd like, alter your diet to suit. Good old trial and error :)

yeah ive dropped 1kg per week so far

2 weeks into an 8week cut

Well you should have mentioned that first! If it's working for you then stick with it, when it stops working or fat loss slows to a level you deem not enough, re-evaluate and re-structure the diet.

is 25g carbs equlivent to 1hr exercise?

1g of carbs is 16Kj, so 25g is 400Kj. To say it's equal to X time of 'exercise' would be a fallacy, you could use that in 10 minutes or 100 depending on the form of exercise and the person performing the exercise. Do whatever amount of cardio you think best. If you find it's too much and it's affecting your recovery, do less. If you find you're not losing enough weight and still recovering fine from workouts, do more.

So I suppose to sum up my opinion on most things exercise and diet related, do what works for you
