training while on cycle

Hey people there is alot of discussion out there about what is best sorta cycle for a first timer with loads and loads of variation of information.

Can't seem to find alot of discussion regarding training while on cycle?

Do you just train twice as hard when you are there?

Do you train longer each session because you can?

All i know about is training without gear because i am natural. Current training is 3 days weights, 3 days cardio, 1 day off. (working really well) \:D/

But how do people that are on the juice train?

okay but say i were training 4 days a week with 3 rest days, occassionaly i feel so good that i wish i didn't have to have 1 of those days off. Should i be going with that instinct or sticking to the program?

Would you still set a program @ 4 days a week on and 3 off while on a course. Or could you do 6 days a week with 1 off and still be fine.

Yes TOM Balls to the wall is what i do all the time. No point otherwise. Cheers for the reminder though.

i train 7 days a week, and either split my training up into a 4 or 5 day split

weather i train arms and delts together or separate will determine weather it is 4 or 5 days.

or if i change it round again then weather i train legs in one day or quads and hams on separate days means if it 4 or 5 days.

u can train every day if you doing a bodypart split, maybe not if you were doing different type of training.

if my hamstrings are rooted from yday or day b4 training i can do arms or chest and its not over training, this is why i can train 7 days with the training i do...

you hear over there? lol

think of the muscle you could be tearing apart in those 3 days you are having off, if you add those 3 days off you are having together for the whole year, that is alot of workouts you are missing out on and alot of potential growth.

and yes, ppl say you grow out of the gym. ok i go gym for 1.5 hours a day so that is 22.5 hours of rest of day i am growing... thats plenty imo

yup for sure tom i hear you. My thinking is very much the same as what you are saying and that is why i am asking the question. I think that is how i will plan my next training program i set up to see how it goes. 22.5 hours of rest a day seems very sufficent to me.

Most of the people out there training 3 days a week and having 4 off generally don't look how i want to but will go on about how they read this is what you need to do in muscle & fitness. So obviously i see a need for a different approach.

Cheers for your help man 8)
