hello all new to the site thought id better introduce my self

25 joined the gym last year thanks to my cousin making me do the 12week challenge with him i weighed 117kg i finished the challenge at 92kgs total 25kgs lost i won the comp and have never looked back i now weigh 94kgs

favorites are body pump i love it.... :nod: :nod:

my friend has enticed me to train to do a bodybuilding comp cause i have great calfs (story my life lol) :D maybe oct 16 north habour to be honest i dont think ill be ready in time and i dont want to go in half hearted so this will be good base for me to aim for next year. I feel i am training wrong hence why im on nz bodybuilding to ask for your guys help and advice.

i try to train twice a day with cardio in the morns and weights at night i love the classes to much i was seeing a nutritionist but she has left country and my training partner has just had a baby girl(congrats) so ATM im in limbo and winging everything i do

im very new to the bodybuilding training so any help or advice would be awesome :pray: thanks guys and girls

Any chance you go to harbour fitness? :)

Welcome 4rizzl. There's not long to the North Harbour comp, so if you're only just thinking about it now, it's probably better to wait, to be honest. What class would you be in?

heya mate yeah ive actually been training for 5weeks now for it weighed at 102 now 94 had a high fat content of 22% first week got that down to 20% my last reading was 18% that was 3weeks ago now after losing my training partner and nutrianalist ive been lost on trainings and results i think i have honestly made my mind up to miss this comp and work towards next year just keep the body lean

my ultimate goal is to be able teach BODYPUMP and maybe move into the fitness industry

currently working for fonterra so cheap skim milk for me :grin:
