Fish for tea anyone?

Well ive been eating white fish for tea since 3 months back, so ive decided to be very extravegant and buy blue cod. OMG ill never eat terakhi or gurnid again, that blue cod is the champagne of fish. What are your thoughts? ps sorry bout the fish spelling, not got many carbs on board these days.

Agreed... blue cod used to be the down-south staple for fish and chips, it's a nice fish... up in Wellies everyone raves about terakihi but it leaves me cold... snapper's also great.

Partial to a sole fillet, or flounder - even brill if you can deal with the pin bones or whatever....

Cant beat big fresh marlin steaks.. or tuna or mahimahi you have just caught, I brought back 20kgs of fish steak when i went on my last trip to the islands, mates dads coming back soon, gunna get some more. :grin:

though I am partial to deep fried whole blue cod with Sichuan sauce... nom
