good idea

i had one in the groin and it prolapsed? or popped thru whatever and the agony was excruciating

But then after been sliced open down there it was just as much pain getting out of bed for a few days afterwards

had a water bed ( remember them) back then so didn't help

Top middle finger left hand vs electric planer

Right index finger vs saw bench (still got it, saw blade threw the hand out due to the type of blade - phew)

2 x tennis elbows - that shit never goes away even after ops

2 n 3 vertebrae had issues there ever since I fell off a wall as a young un

from gym

- shoulder burisitis / tendonitis

- shin splints

from motorcross..........

- 3 x broken wrists (2 on right, second one was more punishment on hand and a few pins)

- broken thumb (k-write)

- broken ankle (plate on outside, screws on inside)

- broken collar bone

- broken rib

- all kinds of weird clicking sounds on a cold morning!

Iv had a few injurys over the years that have helped me focus on getting stronger.

torn ligiments (motorcycle)

broken femor,broken elbow (car vs pedestrian)me pedestrian.spelling?

broken wrist (motorcycle)head on with car.

broken ankle (motorcycle racing)3 screws,still effects squats.

all good now.

most bins wins! I was thinking of going to road riding (dont motoX anymore) because it would be less ongoing injuries.. I have a lot of bins but could normally shake most of them off and keep riding. reading that makes me realise you can't shake em off on the road!

hey Sims,

i think your pretty safe on the road if you have a powerful bike,has to be loud and you have to ride aggressively.

you just have to be ready to power on,or stop very quickly at all times.

iv been doing that for over 20 years now,so 2 or 3 accidents isnt too bad.

i ride everyday and enjoy it.

cant wait for the good weather.
