Not training injuries, sporting injuries mostly:

-Dislocated knee

-Multiple dislocated shoulders

-A ridiculous amount of dislocated fingers

-Broken finger

-Displaced knee cap

-Multiple sprains - wrists, ankle, thumb, knee ligaments (each multiple times)

-Torn ligaments - ankle, knees, foot

-Torn calf muscle

-And others I can't recall right now

Plus others from childhood mishaps.

traumatic amputation of right index finger, severed nerves and tendons in back of hand still no nerve sensation in right pinky, right thumb severed in 3 places and pinned together for 10 weeks, lots of surgery.

popped rib cartillage doing dips.

torn medial ligaments after missing the pegs on the leg prees and being squezed over the back of it.

the usual finger injuries, broken noses from boxing and rugby.

blown hammy( non training sport related though)......

Only thing I've done is recent and that was arm wrestling a bunch of people in a pub while on the piss down in ohakune. Felt all good just mild doms in what I assume was my subscapularis the next day, a few days later was doing dumbell bench as I was getting them into position felt a strange sensation and now I'm resting it. Oh and compressing my spine down one side giving myself a mild scoliosis while squatting the chiro thought I had been in a car accident, xrays I got at the time also revealed I have some fucked up 5th lumbar vertebra it has a transverse process something none of your lumber vertebrae should have apparently, cheers shit spine genes. He referred to my back as an oddball which made me feel special.

This a bit like poker. I`ll see your 20 and raise you another.

....anyway from the Gasp files.

I`ll start with drowned, electrocuted, heart attack and one eye out of action.

165kg bar dropped on chest 1991...10 days hospital with vitals shut down.

Total rupture of left quad torn from knee 2002...held back on with two "tow rope stitches with partial removal of kneecap. Good photos.

Both shoulders with 3" scars from serious tears and ops

Bad Hangover expected this weekend when Wellington beat Canterbury and spoil their party..

Otherwise fine!!!
