Ooooo i like this thread :D

Most of mine have been from ballet...

torn hamstring

tendonitis in archiles

tendonitis in knee

stress fracture in my foot

shin splints

4 broken toes (fucken point shoes  )

ummm sheesh its hard to remember...

Oh and a broken wrist! But considering I went over the front of my motorcross bike and over a fence I think a broken wrist was getting off lightly :shifty:

i know someone who did ballet who used to collect their toe nails in jar :pfft:

yeah most people don't know about that side of it. i'm surprised so many girls stick with it. i suppose they start off with the little rubbery pink shoes

Ummm, tonight I faceplanted doing heavy pullthroughs. Picture someone being yanked off their feet by twice their weight. It was Orsum :shifty:

I thought the floor was wet or something, turns out a rogue sticker decided to attach itself to the sole of my Vans which made my right foot slip backwards. I'm now sporting an Orsum golfball lump on my forehead with a nice graze over it plus a little more grazing to the side and on my cheek.

Kinda lucky I didn't land on my nose and there was rubber matting under foot. I've done them on a smooth concrete floor, which would've been just as slippery with rogue sticker on sole. Cracked skull concussion city etc
