IM A HARD GAINER (SUCK)

Hey there guys i have been gyming for 6months now well have been for the last 3 years on and off mostly off but now i am in a routine and have found my medium. i do a lot of isolation,(free wieght) exercises i am now off the drinking for the next 2 years and will be dedicating my time and self to building. Please if anyone has tips for me that would be great.

Agree, so many people label themselves as a hardgainer long before they start training hard and eating right for a suffiicient amount of time. Heavy lifting, sufficient calories is what you need. Best advice I ever got from a mate was eat well, train hard, get enough sleep and do it over and over again

Please if anyone has tips for me that would be great.
1. Sort your diet out;

2. Eat real food - if you can't pronounce the incredients on the container, put it down and step away!;

3. Get a training plan that includes bench, squat and deadlift, don't worry about the "Mens Health Plan of the Month";

4. Stick to the diet and the training plan long enough to learn what works;

5. Don't waste money on supplements - if you've got more money, buy more real food.
