Ive been going to the gym for the last 18 months lost heaps of weight which was the goal and now want to get in to sculpting/miss fitness.

I have a personal trainer. who is excellent but any advice/ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Only early days with starting to sculpt but really cool seeing muscles I didn't know I had starting to appear and be so defined.

Look forward to any ideas/advice anyone can share
