What are the best sort of nuts to be eating. Obviously not salted peanuts or cashew nuts. Should I just buy a big pick and mix bag or already packaged? What sorts of nuts should I be eating and how many grams/nuts/cups a day.

Yeah with the salted ones you get you can see the fat on them. And theyre yuck with all that salt on them.
