bro I bought one off trade me $20 I dont know if It works lol the test prove conclusive on every single person I put it on but for me if It makes me think I have the advantage then its money well spent :pfft: on a side note im undefeated on the table tennis table since wearing the band lmao!!!

I have a mate that wears one all the time.

Being a sceptic and a smart arse, I naturally gave him a hard time.He then asked me to stand on one leg, with both arms out to the side. He pushed down on one of my arms and I lost balance rather easily. I then did it again with the Power Band on and he struggled to move me. Still I didn't believe. I thought he must have used different pressure or points on my arm to push down on. I tried the test again and got the same result!

I can't explain it and its not just in the mind, as I didn't know what he was going to do (the first time) or what would happen.

Been fairly tempted to spend $70.

I have been wearing one when I do my workouts and for BJJ for a few months and believe that it makes difference especially in my balance and coordination, however it could be a myth, but it works for me and in my head and at the end of the day that all that matters.

@tomsammce. Don't knock Bodybalance. Before I was partnered up I went to a few classes and went out on dates with some very hot flexible women from there. It was unbelivable. If you are not gay and are single you are in. It's an untapped market. haha
