deadlift syndrome

EMC

Recommended Posts

ive been deadlifting for a long now and have always used my right arm as the under grip and left as the over hand grip.

its most recently that i realised that i was not able to supinate my left bicep and also that i had alot of anterior delt rotation in the right shoulder. as a result i have a problem curling a straight bar now and benching correctly.

ive also realised is my left lat is much more developed than my right and the left shoulder has a bit less range of motion but is much more supported in the joint where as the right shoulder has more range of motion but isnt as tight in the joint.

i always stretch for 30-1hour and im pretty flexible for my size...so its definately been proven that there are some habbits that create imbalances such as the 'mixed' grip

any exercises you can use to quickly accelerate this balance along with alternating your dead grip?
