Hey peeps! New to the site and the bot email told me to introduce myself.

Im 22, 6'1 and love to smash the gym! Gone from 69kg to 89kg since starting training. Im very addicted and have learnt so much since starting. My orignal goal was to weigh 90kg (and still be lean) which ive basically just achieved. Now i need new goals...

You are a fairly lean 90 (in my opinion) bro, good effort! Nice arms and traps too. As TT said, a bit more size on your chest would really give you a solid upper body - although the camera angle/lighting may be tricking us re: your chest

Pic of legs?

Thanks. Yeah its not a very good photo of the chest. Looks pretty flat but i dont think its lacking in size much. Especially considering i smash the chest the most probably. My goals have always been to stay fairly lean all the time. Ive never monitored it though, I can normally tell pretty quick if im putting fat on when i loose veins on arms and shoulders

Legs to come :)

Whats your training programme like?

Pretty basic. 6 days a week at the moment one muscle a day. I train whatever muscle day it is hard. On the edge of overtraining ive been told but im getting consitant gains so working for me.

Before that i was doing high volume endurance style training. Very hard supersets. That kind of programe makes you feel weak! but again, 8 weeks of that i had great gains

I pretty much rotate a few programes every 8 or so weeks. Ive written everything down recording my weight gains and measurement gains on and off supplements (for all my programmes). Very interesting finding out what does and doesnt work
