Up to VP as he is the creator... but personally, not sure we want to slip too far from "actual" comps? 3 referees, 3 (possible) white lights?

As long as it meets that (simple) criteria, I think that's fine IMHO...

On track for my 270 hopefully, it's my target for the BBro.

Did you do it at a competition?

At a gym's Push/Pull comp - which we're counting, aye VP?

Yeah Drizzt, all good bro its not a training lift in a gym any day off the week so to speak so good as gold its in a controlled enviroment 8)

Lol dead only moved up 7.5kg this year, bench went up then back down and squat is making slow and steady gains.

Shit all done this year but have learned a bit and have things to look forward to in 2012.

Seeing as this is the DL thread some reference nov 2009 pulled 200 sumo, nov 2011 pulled 200 conventional. Guess what will be making a return :nod:
