Great Idea VP challenges like this is a good way to develope peoples lifting capabilities, and create competition which is the best form for improvement.

Do they like have a handicap for old crittersveryold.gif like 1-1.5kgs for every year you are above the groundlaughing.giflaughing.giflaughing.gif

Great Concept

sorry guys

Man of Nates ability and back ground should be expected to better the 50kgs TFB is expected to increase by

so lets say 75 for nate brings up to expected 345KG!

The heavier you can lift, the harder it is to increase though.

I wish my deadlift increased exponentially.

Sweet Mike's DL target is 400 then! Actually with an adjustment for his youth lets just say he has to beat Bolton's 457.5!

Grover - I hit 250kg in 1997! My best has been 260 in comp (2006/7) and 270 in the gym (2008/9). I've been after 300 for over 15 years!! If I get 300 I'll be rapt & in disbelief!
