Alright here's a deadlift video from back in April. Haven't done much heavy deadlifting since then (aside from pulling 300 and a close miss at 310 the week after this). About 4-5kgs lighter than I was then, pretty sure I'm stronger though.

the idea of having a single thread for "challenges" in the 3 lifts (with rules) is a bloody good one. It would need to be modded though, especially the bench thread lololololololol
