Good on ya - have to repeat what has been said by most on here already...

The one thing that will make the biggest difference to your bodybuilding endeavours is your food intake. You don't need to do a strict "diet" just eat more and regularly. Make sure you have breakfast oats and some protein would be good, then have something every 2 to 2 1/2 hours even if it is a handful of peanuts - eating more and regularly will raise your metabolism and help you lean up but also is the only way that you will put on any decent size and achieve continual strength gains.

thanks alot mate. i just had less than the reccomended amount on a few of the supplements that tom sent me and i ran for 40 minutes flat out on the treadmill, wich is by far a record for me haha it pushed me realy well and i still feel pumped haha did some weights aswell and i feel great. thanks heaps tom haha

he sent me, half a container of cytolean, half a container of bcaa's, half a tub of superpump 250, a full container of mitotripin and a container of fish oil tabs. im realy impressed with the added effect of them ae its bloody choice haha

Well done on the press eskrock, I had faith in you even though some others didn't. Hope you have given some thought to your eating plan, don't rely on supps alone. Most of all, I would hate to see you blow out going into your new regime at 100 mph then run out of steam. Pace yourself and set up some reasonable training plans that fit in with your other committments.

thanks alot. and yeh ive started eating a bowl of cereal for breakfast, an apple or 2 at school then a bar or something after school and then meat and veges for tea. im already starting to notice ive got a bit more energy than i had before.

That's good. I find if you normally don't eat breakfast it can be hard to start because you may not feel hungry. But after forcing yourself to eat breakfast for a little while you will start to get very hungry if you skip it.

Nah not enough was my problem, should've took a gamble on HGH between 5-18, might've helped
