Ways to Shed Bodyfat?

Sorry if there is a thread that has already been created dedicated to shedding bodyfat.

But I am interested to see how each individual prefers to shed fat apart from your usual cardio ie. Running, cycling, eliptical trainer and so forth.

I personally am struggling to shed body fat to look a lot more lean. I train 3-4 times a week, and I run for at least 20 minutes each training session, and occasionally on the bike afterwards, but have yet to see certain results.

Much help is appreciated.

Diet is key when wanting to shed fat. Run/cycle/row all you like, but if you don't have your diet sorted you're not going to lose the weight you want.

:ditto: You cant out train a bad diet - it really is 80% diet 20% exercise/movement. I trained - running swimming weights blah blah blah but it wasnt until i got the food thing sorted that i started seeing REAL results.. what are you eating?

At the moment I'm not eating my usual 6 meals a day as my jobs is full on. However, I am staying clear from processed foods, but I'm not perfect, and its extremely hard. The only time I have to eat is in the morning, and I try eat as much as I can before the day starts. I have a couple of bowls of porridge, and have the odd egg or two.

Could someone recommend me a diet that I can try? Preferably something low budget. As I personally think I'm all over the show at the moment.
