Maybe Chaos needs to realise theres an awfull lot of work done in the back ground to keep this site troll/idiot free and the majority of that is done by Pseudonym. If he doesn't like it theres plenty of other forums to chat on.

Back to the squat rack/power cage topic :)

It's not that serious man, lighten up.

"on topic"........if you're gonna get something get a cage, not a rack.

why?

i got the rack and its fine, but keen to hear why you say that. just saftey?

Just my opinion, but for example squats.....on the rack the safety bars have a limited amount of distance they reach out, so if you step back too far you could end up fucked, in a cage there is no danger of that. Plus a cage usually has pullup bars above to tie bands to and also for overhead lock outs, etc.

Again just my opinion, don't ban me.

Good call - agree cage over rack any day. Much more versatile especially with close pin holes.

Again just my opinion, don't ban me.

LOL - just like NZMM if you keep the ratio of valuable advice to sarcastic comments in kilter we'll tolerate you!

Good to see you back on board Chaos.
