Eat more, much more, add peanut butter, olive oil add carbs or whatever you can to increase the daily cals, I am sure you can work on your diet and buy something worthwhile like creatine, fish oils or BCAA, if not go for Muscle Juice or Real gains, both are great bang for your buck.

I agree with Hennie, you just need to eat more. With weight gainers I believe you're really just paying for the convenience of the added carbs and fats, where as it'd likely be cheaper and better nutritionally to just start eating more. Peanut butter and olive oil for the good fats, and have rice or potatoes with meals etc. Eggs are fantastic too. However if you find it hard to eat a lot and get full easily then weight gainers are a very effective way of getting those extra calories in. As for which to buy, probably best to shop around a few of the online stores and see what each store has good deals on at that time of the well known brands.

I agree that weight gainers aren't really worth it to be honest. I recommend Eat Me Isolate, you pretty much just get protein, it's less than 1g carbs an 1g fat and protein is the main point of a protein powder. Not sure if the taste is any good but get vanilla, blend 2 TBSP of peanut butter and then add in 1C of dry weight oats, leave it a few hours/over night for the oats to soften up and BAM

about 37g protein (not including 11g from oats), 20g fat and 60g carbs

As Phedder said, much more cost effective

To gain extra weight, I ate shitloads of tuna with 2 minute noodles, with an egg thrown in at the end. I also used protein, but nothing fancy.

I still use protein, but just the Horleys Crossfire. I like it, feel good on it (except the gas :pfft: )

The key to gain weight is extra calories. If you only eat when you are hungry, you aren't eating enough. cher
