Hi Girls/Guys

So I think I have decided to compete in figure (or something along those lines) competition. I'm a total noob at this so thought I would jump on NZBB forums to learn from you guys! My background is in rowing and I am currently working as a fitness consultant/PT and have a good knowlege base with exercise but not in this area as much. SO my plan is to use this forum to record all my training and eating! (I need all the help I can get so please comment on my training/nutrition!!!!!!!!) I'm guessing I have about 10kgs to loose I am currently sitting around 67-68kgs. I can develop muscle quite easy but same goes with fat!!!! Should I be training heavy/ less reps or high reps/less weight.

CHEERS GUYS :)

Todays Exercise:

30 mins boxing/sparring with another PT

Followed by Legs (hammys)/Back

LEGS:

Kneeling Hamstring Curl: REPS 10/6/8

Hack Squat: REPS 12

Walking Lunges (not sure how many reps) with 10kg in each hand

Lying leg curl: Reps 12

(I have a knee injury so leg stuff can be tough!)

BACK:

Lat Pull Downs - 10/8/6 (going heavier the lower the rep range of course :)

Straight Arm Pull Downs - 10/8/6

Overhead Lat Pulls - lying supine on Swiss Ball with 10kg weight plate x 12

Seated Rows - 10/8/6

Think I did a number on my right shoulder - argh! I was going to the point of faliure with most exercises. DIET TO COME!
