Sorry I call BULLSHIT on that one- Dymatize are most likely using a little loophole in labelling requirements that allow them to declare a ZERO amount on something that isn't zero - if it truely had zero carbs and fat in it then each serve would only be 96 to 100 calories as it contains 24 to 25 grams of protein depending on the flavour (yet the cals don't seem to change). With 106 cals per serve there's a mysterious 10 extra calories coming from something. Dymatize are full of shit when it comes to their labels - always have been and always will be.

If they're using sugar alcohols as the flavouring it could account for the "missing" calories

I wouldn't eliminate fats on your carb days as the are way more important than people realise when it comes to hormones blah blah blah. Sure cut them back but I just wouldn't eliminate them to the point you have. In saying that one or two days a week wouldn't hurt once your metabolism slows down. What are your fat days gonna look like?

5 days of zero carbs? What will you eat to not eat any carbs at all?

Was wondering about this too. I eat ultra-low carb, and I think the lowest I've ever managed to get to was 7g in a day. Never got to 0

What did you eat??

P.S i like your sig

Just red meat, and 4 (I think) eggs. And drank only water.

Re the sig, I just bastardised an Abraham Lincoln quote (since, y'know, he didn't really know much about the intawebby when he said it)
