As an aside, most Kiwis wouldn't know good customer service if it slapped them in the face. All they want to do is yell "Consumer Guarantees Act" at you when they haven't even read the damned thing.

I dont see the big deal if you have the wrong t-shirt on take it off.

If you turn up to a KKK meeting wearing a tupac t-shirt you will be asked to take it off, same thing as far as I can see. :pfft:

And as for knowing your rights (being in security), if people knew their rights, they wouldn't be making assholes of themselves, in the first place. They are bigger morons.
