What have you been eating and the quantities leading up? what do you look like? its hard to just give u a diet for the last week of your comp not knowing anything about you or what you have been eating...

who has been doing your diet leading up? if was you then you made wrong choice as you dont completely know what your doing if your asking this question.

good luck with the comp, im sure it will be a goodie

Ive been eatin porriage for breakfast, protein shake for morning tea, chick salad for lunch or tuna..fruit for avo tea protein shake at 4pm dinner veges and meat. snack protein shake, that my diet. But i was told got all protein the last week before come 250g protein 6 meals not carbs...is this good
