Just thought I might share this video of Phil Heath from the Arnold Classic this year. Possibly the best physique at this point in time IMO

Insane development since last year! Definitely a contender for 1st place in the Olympia.

Anyone agree??haha Also thought he should have won this years Arnold Classic...anyway check it out if you havn't seen it already..

I have seen this video of Phil heath at this years Arnold and when I saw the results for the Arnold.I thought how in the hell did Heath got second and he should have won't it not Kai Green

Yea you're probably right. The politics is ridiculous.

Phil definitely does deserve to win Mr O though. Hope he does not end up in the same situation as Kevin Levrone, Uncrowned Mr. O!

Phil would rival Jay on shear muscular improvement. Last 2 years they have gone from fantastic to freaking awesome. How Kai slipped in I dont know. Guess you give him the Arnold to satisfy the "boys", fans & executive :grin: & let Jay & Phil fight it out at the "O".

Definately was dissapointed with the decision at Arnold Classic, phil should of got first place. But i agree give heath another year and he will have the first spot at Mr 0. He is the future Mr 0, still young.
