Would be helpful if you put up the diet and training routine you plan on using, or if you haven't given that much thought yet your current diet and routine and people can give you advice on what to drop and what to add etc, also how much weight you're looking to lose and approx bf% as well, can determine the cutting approach that's most effective. Main piece of advice is that the best routine and diet is one you can stick to, consistency is key.

BREAKFAST 9AM

4T oats

1T flax seed oil

1t evo oil

1T peanut butter

1t BCAA

1t EAA

1 bannana

1T flax seeds

500ml milk

1/2 c frozen berries

PRE-WORKOUT:

3t creatine

water

2x cutting tablets

1x multi vit

POST WORKOUT:

2 scoops carbs dextrose

4t creatine

1t BCAA

1t EAA

2.5 scoops wpi

water

LUNCH:

2x cans tuna 250g

2 slices wholegrain and oats bread

1 tub almonds,walnuts 50g

3PM:

2 scoops wpc

1T oat bran

glutamine,eaa,bcaa

water

2x cutting tablets

6PM:

chick breast 200g

vege mix as above 2c

1 tub almonds,walnuts 50g

1x multi vit

9PM:

2 scoops wpc

glutamine,eaa,bcaa

water

BEFORE BED:

3 scoops caesin

water

1/2 scoop wpc

glutamine,eaa,bcaa

gabba 1t in water

monday

legs and shoulders,20min spin

tuesday

off

wednesday

chest then 45min walk at 6km

thursday

core,spin bike 45mins level 7

friday

back,30min walk

saturday

45min spin bike

sunday

arms then 45min sit down spin bike level 5

thanks, this is what im looking at. or continue my 5 day split mon-fri and add 4 cardio sessions and 1 on the sun
