hi my names nicole and im 14 . im new to all this . i play rugby but i need to loose weight . tomorrow im going for an assement at the gym and im going to take it from there . im doing a six month programme and cant wait for the results at the end . if you can give me any advice or tips please do so . i would love to become a bodybuilder and enter in competitions in a few years time \:D/

welcome nicole thats a great long term goal you have off getting into bodybuilding its a awesome sport to get into.

if your playing rugby and also doing agym programe thats your training sorted all you need now is a healthy balanced clean diet {no junk food} and you will reach your goals go hard and enjoy your journey
