PHP web genius wanted

Here’s the problem – I have more ideas for this site than I have time and skills to make them happen. I need a web developer to create some cool new features for everyone to play with.

Here’s what you need:

• Excellent skills in PHP, MySQL and jQuery essential
  
• A bit of HTML/CSS wizardry wouldn’t hurt
  
• Familiarity with phpBB3 would be helpful, but not essential as long as you can nut out how someone else’s code works, and then write your own plug-in modules to run alongside it.
  
• You need some track history, so you can show me all the clever stuff you’ve done.

There’s not a huge budget, so your rewards will mostly be in karma and kudos, but you might get a protein shake or two out of it. :wink:

Ooh, that's still top secret, Greemah! But if you're interested, PM me with your background and I'll go into more detail.

What I can say is that it will be another feature built in the same way as our Event Calendar. That is, it's basically a stand-alone module with its own set of tables etc, but it clips onto the forum software. It's a fairly simple process (it had to be - I designed it! :pfft:) and I can show you how it works on the calendar.

In terms of the front end, there'll be a few more bells and whistles involved - which is why jQuery experience is needed. Oh, and we'll be generating PDFs on the fly. Other than that, it's a piece of cake. Honest! :grin:
