this XXXX doesnt care about his fat acre, hes just trying to cover his advertising attempt.

FAIL

Sorry to edit ya SFS!

It could be genuine, (experience says I'm being naive huh?!), so I left the post but removed the advertising link!

5 mins a day exercise to help the fat ass? I reckon walk the extra 500 metres past McDonalds and get a bottle of H2O from the dairy instead!

5 minutes?

That's easy. Just do cardio at an easy pace for 5 minutes, then at a heavy pace for 5 minutes, then at an easy pace for 5 minutes, then at a heavy pace for 5 minutes, then an easy pace for a cool down.

Same for weight resistence: 5 mins of one exercise, 5 minutes at another... repeat this '5 minute' system until you have done atleast 5 different muscle group exercises.

5 minutes is the magic number for sure. Then you realise I am taking the piss...

5 minutes will not achieve anything, unless you stop eating 5 minutes before you currently do. Poor diet, lack of exercise, lack of quality sleep will not give you what you seek. Health is holistic, not a simple fix in one area. and 5 minutes is never enough in the physical side, unless its a 5 minute warm down at the end of the 40 minutes of pushing yourself to new levels.

You may not know much about how to get fitter, but don't be fooled by quick fixes, as any benefits (if any) are quickly gone. You hae a long road ahead, to undo the years of neglect (if that is the case), but it is all worth it, as a longer life, in a better you, is totally where you need to be.
