yeah bro..hope they smash it. Its great for the sport. 190 at 95 is good bench for sure... I guess the complete lifters list will be out now..might go hunt it down.

BJ - you could be right about Mr Luaki too bro

Id put $ on Tonka smashing a good bench too. His training has been looking really sharp and the left is coming right so he tells me. Fingies crossed eh.

Leighton Best, Cant, 90kg, will try some benching over 230kg,

I like the use of the word try. Hoepefully it goes better than when I tried 225kg at the Oceania's

Stephen King will go well, sounds like is training has been solid. He actually wrote that preview so was too modist to include himself.

Agree with Neil, looking forward to watching him. Just seems like he has power to burn.

Where have all the big boys gone?!

Tonka & Neil are looking lonely in the Supers & only 3 in the 125's?? (and Steve must be a light 125?).

Not enough Taro on the mainland Nate we are all tiny down here. Steve has well and truely moved up, he weighed in at 122.5kg at the Auckland Champs.

I can see Big John and i taking a couple of the spots in the next few years :)

No Brian Leatoa...he had a good lift at the Auck Champs..thought he may have gone down for the Nats?

John Strachan at 67.5 will be worth the watch. Strong guy for his size.

Give it heaps LB...230 to fall!
