Hey Everyone!

As you can see im a new member, i am an 18 year old student looking to get into body building (not competitively at the moment). I weigh 68KG, 171cm tall well short really, and i am 13% body fat!

I was just hoping for advice and tips on dieting, supplements, protein shakes etc.

** NOTE: I am searching the site as we speak for related topics **

Thanks

Mike

EDIT - Have been attending a gym for 5 months, i do not have s stable diet as of now, but i know i will get that under control asap!

It can be expensive with eating healthily and being a student with limited earnings. Your first task is to put some good weight on, to be looking towards body building, you need a good solid muscle base which requires at least 3 good meals heavy on the protein and also 3 snack meals which might include whey protein shakes. I wouldn't be too concerned about getting into any supplements at this early stage. With your training, do abit of research for some weight training routines to get you started, keep away from cardio training. Sleep well also.

The best piece of advice that someone ever gave me when it comes to food is always eat food that your great grandmother would recognise. I would try and eat clean and organic if I were you, however that may be an issue with a limited budget.

Good luck with your goals.
