hi all

after living in melbourne for 2.5 years im moving back home to chch in a few months (nov).

ive been training with a PT for 10 months or so and about to do my first cut in 3 weeks time. bulking ever since.

i started at 69kg and now weigh 84kg! happy with that!

ill be looking for a training partner in chch late dec, 5 day split prolly.

good gyms there? my current gym here in melb is awesome! really big, loads room, heaps and heaps of equipment!! and when i train mid morning.. hardly anyone is there!

ive been a chef for 13 years or so, and quitting cheffing to re-train and get into a fitness career. theres a few courses im looking at that start in chch in feb

a PT course and may look at doing 1 or 2 others

any advice?

I would try http://www.bodybuilding.co.nz, they have the cheapest prices in nz and if its not the cheapest you can normally talk them down, plus they send you free samples of stuff.

It really depends on what sort of gym you're used to training in and where in chch you live and work.

some decent ones are

chriton cobbers (corner of fitzgerald ave and something a rather) - if you're going for a really cheap option

if you're going for an average one, i'd take a look at the city council gyms on chch city council website. theyre pretty cheap too but get a bit over crowded cause of it

we have les mills and city fitness here too
