Sooooo, you usually bench 140 though right? Your making me nervous man, i wanted chickens!!!!

I will try youtube, not really just a recent improvement, i always change my work outs around but my main interest is just in bodybuilding though, the only reason i posted on here is cause my mate was telling me id do well if i give it ago and i thought there is no harm in asking ay :pfft:

if you can rep 120 for 5-6 reps you should be able to get 1 of 140kg.

True that, depends on energy levels and how much i ate through out the day some days i can do at least 2-3 with a spot and not a lot help too which i have done a few weeks back.

You're about a year and a half away from getting 3 reps with 140.

Looks like you may get your 3 chickens there growth. He didnt do it but he got it of his chest. With his feet on the ground with a proper leg drive and retracted shoulder blades, with a high chest (powerlifting style) he would definately get it. But..... im not sure if he is only 70kg though he looks bigger.

Honest attempt :clap: , but hell dude put your fucken legs and feet on the ground you will get more drive off the chest and maybe even break that sticky point.....dude and totally agree with HP better hop on the scales again even though it looks like you have no legs though those track pants my bets you'll still well over 70kg mate.

On the bright side keep at it brother it'll come, at least you had the balls to put it up..... :clap:

Beast I take my hat off to you for attempting it mate you look like you will get it with a little practice and listen to the powerlifters mate their advice has added 15kg to my bench in the last 10 weeks alone.....................now GROWTH MMMMMMMMMMAAAAAAAAAAAATE :pfft: :pfft: pm me for details mate Ill tell you where to send my steak :pfft: ah the swt taste of victory \:D/ \:D/ what a way to start the day!!!!

Ok next bet I reckon your about 84kg beast no where near 70kg thats for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yup this is what I thought too as soon as I saw you Beast... however nice attempt & ups for posting it!

Now...listen to these dudes, put the proper powerlifting technique into place and post up the next vid showing us that you've smashed 140!! :nod:

Give me a shout and I'll show you how to do a proper setup on that bench. You've got solid strength but the form was horrible. You'd have hit that with a solid technique.

Ya mate i do, but how do i find you ?? haha its a big gym you know lol

Partial credit for posting a vid. At least he kept his word and manned up..... pretty obvious tho he's never hit 140 for a single, let alone 2-3..... or that he's 70kg's.....
