Creatine gluconate

I can't see much advantage except for convenience, then again you could also argue that you need much more carbs for a sufficient insulin spike to get the most out of the creatine part of it, Gaspari was hyping it as the next best thing in Size-On, but now use good old Creatine Monohydrate again in their latest Size On versions.

Creatine Monohydrate stays king IMO

This.

There are heaps of variants of the good ol' creatine monohydrate like ethyl ester malate, ethyl ester HCL, pH correct creatine, AAKG, gluconate.

Basically they are all hype like most of the supplement industry.

Monohydrate remains the most extensively used, scientifically tested and researched of all the variants and is the only one to consistently show results when used appropriately.
