it is only funded to advanced cases of breast cancer. Arimidex ( Anastrozole) is the best on cycle AI. Aromasin (Exemestane) is more suited for PCT but is the best AI for males as it works on both E1 & E2 by blocking the aromatase enzyme. Its pretty kind on lipids & does not effect IGF production like Nolva (Tamoxifen).
