Oh god! I got them once in Thailand, because my hair is naturally very 80s big and in Thailand it was just completely out of control. Then a couple of years later they did that Friends episode where Monica's hair gets huge with the humidity when they're on holiday and she gets cornrows. It was like they'd written the episode about me :oops:

Yeah, boofy hair + humidity = need for cornrows. No matter how bad they look, they're better than au natural!

Don't know why my hair goes so big - it's actually really fine - a ponytail looks like a rat's tail. But when it hits humidity it's like hair on steroids :pfft:
