They are not. Medsafe can and will stop any injectable medication without a prescription 'for your safety' if they find it.

CJC 1295 ( it will most likely be grf 1-29, you don't want actual cjc anyway) is a ghrh and will be seized as growth hormone. Same applies to GHRP-6, GHRP-2, hexarelin and the others that induce GH pulses.
