LOL - High reps legs makes me feel sick everytime!

Haven't spewed in a while but used to a fair bit. The most memorable was after a leg session at the old Powerdome in Dunedin - was driving home and had to open the door at the lights in town!! Must've looked bizzare at 6pm in the middle of the city, some guy hanging out his car door chundering!

That would have been hilarious to see! It's weird how it can be so delayed? I remember getting home with my vision blacking in and out and I didn't want to faint, so I stumbled in to the kitchen to try support myself on the bench and suddenly there was vomit all over the floor. Lucky my gf was the only one home and she cleaned it up for me. Shes a keeper

many-a-time.

doesnt help when your exhausted past any point youve ever been in and your copping gut shots and side kicks :S

its good for you tho.

spewing is a sign of "you just fucked your shit up!"...but in a good way, not like a 5am sat night in town kinda way...

Does anyone know what actually causes it?

Dunno but I'm guessing its something to do with vasoconstriction/dilation, maybe around the gut? People tend to turn white (or green!) first, suggesting blood flow to peripheral areas are changing???

Any Docs or physiologists here that know the cause of this phenomena?

It's kinda like a shock reaction. All your blood is pumped into your heart/muscles and focused on survival (not digesting your food) which makes you want to get rid of whatever's in there..

That's my theory anyway
