good film if you want to watch a discussion on the pros and cons of steroid / testosterone use. I watched it when it came out and it was a fairly neutral view point i thought

if you want to watch a training vid. blood and guts (Dorian Yates) and of course pumping iron are the shizzle.

I didn't hear/see what was said about Vitamin C...what about taking the RDI of 1000mg daily (from 3 tablets during the day)?

And here's the link to the Fat Head trailer on Youtube - as Creatine said, it's someone's response to Supersize Me, basically trying to prove a diet of McD's can make you LOSE weight... :-) So if you watch SSM you might have to watch that one too.
