:grin: Heyyy all fellow bodybuilders!

Cardio in compilation of diet/nutrition.

I weigh around 95 kgs. Want to get lean and lose weight where its not wanted. Love handles and lower back. Help a brother out and aim him in the right direction. I do run but somedays like today and yesterday my mentality got me leaving it for the next day or the next day. :?

And my mentality has got me to the point I'm thinking like; :oops: what to eat and when to eat it. And If I'm eating rubbish food then running will have to wait for another day thinking it will mess with my cardio and do no good. And If I havent ate enough during the day then I will end up leaving exercise for another day and the list goes on that leaves me in doubt.... I hope someones on point of what I'm saying :)

Some obvious questions:

a. do you belong to a gym or have access to cardio and weights equipment?

b. do you like running, or would you rather do something else?

c. what's stopping you cleaning up your diet?

Cardio on its own will, eventually, get you skinny, but not necessarily toned or defined... and if you want to have some muscle to show off once you burn bodyfat, a programme which combines resistance training (weights) and cardio with balanced nutrition is the go.

So, give us something to work with. You're a 95kg dude, but age/height? What about an accurate account of a day's eating, with meal size and times?
