Hey to everyone!

} ill start off saying I'm 18 years of age. Half caucasian and half cook island.

Keen to take up bodybuilding seriously.. :D

Ive been interested for a long time in being a bodybuilder and its just came to me to get as much support, via this website that I remember signing up to.

My diet right now is consuming what ever - when ever. And Im wanting the first step to the right direction, and that I need help there like someone there telling me what to eat and when to eat it.

I want a partner to be along with me to being a bodybuilder and maybe I can have multiple Nzbodybuilding supporters. And ill post a topic in the fitness forums under "Bodybuilder begginer! Fitness"

I need to get my diet in order  I'm all ears

Give us an idea of your goals so we can give some advice. Also an idea of what your body type is and how long you've been training.

If you havent even picked up any weights, go do that :3

If you just want to get bigger and not worry about getting a lil soft, then just eat a lot bro, find a calorie calculator, plug in your weight and see what you need to eat. 2-3 g of protein per kg of your body weight should be enough to fuel your body and the rest of your calories you can choose where to get it from. Main thing is to pick a diet for a while and try stick to it, monitor your results and then decide how to progress.

Bulking can actually be quite enjoyable, not having to be so strict, and if someone offers you a timtam...you may has :3

<3 the bulk

good luck man!

Answered some of the questions on your cardio post.

On your diet, have a look at this for starters.

Bottom line - if you want to get lean, eating WTF won't cut it.

For an 18yo 92kg dude, cleaning your diet up should help a helluva lot.

Post up an accurate record of a typical day's eats.
