Have been in discussion with Morattigirl in regards to peoples one rep max she would like to know where she is at relative to other woman and Im just interested to know what others both amateur and professional are lifting.

Id also like bodyweight at time of lifts so that gives a better indication of strength. It will also add as a good record for when we look back in a year and are hjopefully stronger  .

Ok lifts are as at 29/5/10 and bw 91kg

lifts are squat: 190kg.

bench: 140kg.

deadlift:240kg.

These are my curent 1rm PRs I completed in april @ about 75kg.

Bench 100(touch chest, but no pause)

Deadlift 180

I havent recently atempted any of these lifts since. But have completed 180kilo rack pulls and 130x3x3x3squats. And havent done a flat bench for a while as am focusing on dumbels.

Ill give my last comp maxes and a current estimate of where Im at.

Squat 182.5 @109 current 185?

Ok so mine are to date are

Bw @52kgs, Height: shortass @ 5'1 1/2

Squat 70kg

Bench 50kg

Dead 80kg

Def wanna keep working at these though, i'm sure i can do better!!

I'm interested to know if these are good/bad/or just average for my stats??

I'm not completely sure what my 1RMs are, as I've managed to do 2-3 of most of my current PB weights. But my weights are pretty much looking like yours - but I'm taller and fatter than you (about 5'6"/168cm and somewhere around the 64kg mark right now in my winter blubber for warmth state).

Currently I have no idea where exact 1RMs are, because for reasons of not hurting myself (more) I'm staying away from real maxes on the SQ and BP.

I front squatted 130 with a wee bit left in the tank on Friday. My best back squat since my quad tear was 160, but before the tear I'd hit 140x10 and 170 for a couple reps before the blowout, all weighing right under 90kg (pretty sure I was hovering around 88 at that point). Best ever is 425 lbs (~193kg) for a double or triple, but I was closer to 97kg at the time. All those are "no no no" style, in street clothes.

Bench, I can handle 115-120 most days but the bottleneck there is the right shoulder. It plays ball if I'm easy on it but much heavier than that and I start to get flare-ups. If I were to test a max I'm pretty sure I could hit 125, maybe 130, but that's guessing. Best ever was 305 lbs (just under 140kg), again closer to 97kg. Long arms and fragile shoulders have badly limited my benching over the years.

DL is the only thing that has held up consistently. I can hit around 250 on a good day (which needs to be closer to 260 for my current timeline, but whatever). Best ever is 545 lbs (~247kg) x2, same weight as before, and I missed 585 (~265kg) just below my knees about two weeks after that.

I've had much better success coaching Sportsgirl than myself, but she's gonna have to post those numbers.

That's some nice lifts Tongan Terror!

For reference my PBs are 170 bench, 240 Dead and 250 Squat, comp lifts all raw at a BW of 117kg.

I can see this turning into a pissing match lol :pfft:

Wow!!! tats some insane lifts. You can squat more than you can deadlift.

Comp lifts (in usual IPF gear whore stuff) - Sq 282.5, Bench 185, DL 260

Gym lifts - Sq 300 (suit), Bench 190 (shirt) 160x2 (raw), DL 270

All @ 100kg

Video or it's not true....

Plenty of video's and official results to verify my lifts.

Perhaps you'd prefer my video of your mama..... :pfft:

Some good lifts there guys & gals.

It may be of interest to those looking at other lifters numbers (and thinking they're unattainable) to know my first comp was 125, 75, 140 @ 75kg!

I've more than doubled my total - most newbies could expect to as well with a little discipline and perserverance.

Nate

PS - NZMM I'm waiting to see yours! OB & PHouse have comps every month or two if you need a platform to lift on!!

Um, not sure what my actual 1RMs are as I have never done any testing.

At a bodyweight of ~78kgs I have hit the following in the gym,

Squat - 135x3

Bench - 110x1

Dead - 180x1

I'd like to think I could lift more than that since those were after my normal training and some time ago (for some of them), But have been working through a few injuries so may have gone backwards.

I'd love to do a powerlifting comp.... at the moment with all my niggles from rugby the only exercise i can do is 1/2 a sit up. Your 75kg total would blow me out of the water....

But with a couple months of good training after the season is over I may be able to get close to my pb's...

Squat - 200kg

Bench - 160kg

Deadlift - 220kg

@100kg
