Hi,

Old Bull here owner of The House "POWERHOUSE GYM" in Wellington.

Seen a few House members on this board jono, Ghost Dog and a old friend Tonka. We can all learn from this Board.

Last day of the year so for next year Train Hard Be Strong Lift Big.

Took a while but had to get in before the end of the year. Are you in Tomorrow a few are planning 6am training :nod: yeah right, they are hopeful :) .

ill be today and 2moro.. gota get that cardio done :grin:
