Just wondering if anybody out there has tried this. Taking b12 shots for weightloss. Aparently a huge energy booster and speeds up metabolism.

also... anway to obtain this without prescription?

I doubt it would do anything magical, but you can get Vitamin B "executive stress complex" from your local supermarket or online. this has b12.

Look at foods rich in B12 (meat) first and then sub them in for less b vit rich food, see if that helps before you go buy some tabs, they arnt cheap ey O__O

Just order online from synthetek industries. It's called synthelamin and is used as an appetite stimulant.

dont waste your time with B12 unless you have very low energy levels. caffeine is the cheapest and possibly best metabolism booster and appetite suppressant. there is an argument for synephrine but caffeine is much cheaper.

I was reading this glossy muscletech advert for their latest product and it continually said a key ingredient in this product does ... .I checked out the scientific references given and for the first three major claims this product made all came from caffeine!

made a slight difference, ate just as much yet was more vascular.

but the difference was so small that after a while i kinda forgot to use it and just the other week came across a few boxes of unused ampoules that were expired and threw them out

if you can get it dirt cheap give it a try, if its gna cost much then id say its hardly worth it.

i did use the b12 shots meany moons ago.

didnt think they were gold tho.

the turbos we poped burnt the fat off back then.

wish they were around still
