yeah I sent them an email, I don't mind forking the dosh as long as it's worth it to be honest, still pissed off at the last dude that I saw who I paid 80 bucks to see for 20 mins only to get told to ditch all fats (inc healthy fats) eat very little protein, and pretty much eat 300-400g of carbs a day (I could of sworn that I told him I do judo + im a wana-be BBer...and wasn't after a vollyball player phyisque  )

lol cheers dude

just an update, I ended up getting the contact details of both Tony and of Tarren McCall, will go with Tarren for now only because she lives 2 streets away from me and does work from home at times, however if it's not against the rules here and if anyone wants their contact # I can provide you with it (not sure on Tony's rates though since I never asked him)

Let me know how it goes and how much it helps, always interested in seeing what a nutritionist can bring to the equation.

quick update for you dubble it's been almost 2 weeks since I saw Tarren, and I am 2.5kgs lighter (and a drop of 1.8% ish bodyfat)

well done, how are you finding it?

Energy levels?

Strength?

Is it easy to stay with?

im finding it very easy to be honest, my diet was already clean, I just didn't eat the right amount of food I guess, she'll recommend that you'd get a scale for your food to measure the quantity of stuff you eat, my energy/strength level is the same to be honest , maybe strength is slightly more improved but I am not 100% sure if that's just related to the diet (for example instead of doing lazy benchpressing where the bar is about 5-6 inches above my chest and then back up, I am now lowering it all the way to my nipples)

best of all, she's not someone who tries to rush you off as soon as she sees you, she takes her time, explains things, does measurements, heck she even teaches you how to pose correctly, and what the judges are after
