Hi all.

Just came across this forum actually but looks like some good discussion and info.

Have just gotten back into the gym after 2 years off. Got alot of work to do so cool to see like minded people on here.

Welcome :D As morattigirl said you'll be addicted again in no time. Got any specific goals you want to achieve, max lifts or body weight etc? Pays to take starting pictures or stats, great way to see how you're progressing and keep you motivated. Go hard mate.

My main goal this year is to bulk up and put on muscle. Short and sweet! :)

Im currently at around 92kg, 6"2, Got a little fat to turn to muscle. My trainer says I still have the right frame just need a little work to get back into it.

I have gona back to eating healthy (have yet to sort a proper eating plan) and am using:

Gaspari Real Mass (might change this to Myofusion once its finished)

SuperPump

Size On

and thinking of adding Novedex to the supplement I take.

MIght all be in my head but have been back at the gym 2 weeks and have never felt better and never worked out like I can now. (In the past I used just protein)

Anyway thats about it. I might bring up another thread in the correct section in regards to my eating etc.
