i've watched that video several times now and man its still awesome. Everytime i lose the heat at the gym, i always say to myself at the gym "COME ON! THINK OF HOW HARD RONNIE AND JAY WORKS!!! COME ON!!!" and the visual images i get of them doing their reps just fires me up again... (man thats deep :pfft: ) Always helps me do the last few leg extensions or bicep curls :grin: Its gooooooooood~
